The apartment

The holiday apartment has all the necessary amenities for a great holiday. The luxuriously furnished apartment is located on the ground floor and has one bedroom with double bed. The living room also has a sofabed, so that the apartment can be perfectly rented by a family with 1 or 2 children. There is also one child crib present.

In just a few minutes walk, you encounter the bay of Sao Martinho do Porto.

There is direct access to the shared pool of 175m² (the biggest in the area) and a big garden.On the big terrace you can enjoy a view of the swimming pool and the large communal garden. In the summer, free sunbeds are provided to be used by the pool.

The large, practical open kitchen has a gas fire and all necessary kitchen equipment. There is a dishwasher and washing machine available.

In the living room you can find a HD-TV, stereo and Blu-Ray player.

There is a spacious bathroom with toilet, bidet and bubble bath / shower. Towels are available for each guest. Own beach towels must be brought by yourself.

The apartment has a private underground parking lot. All main shops and supermarkets are closeby. Free Wi-Fi. Pets and indoor smoking are not allowed.
