The holiday apartment has all the necessary amenities for a great holiday. The luxuriously furnished apartment is located on the ground floor and has one bedroom with double bed<\/strong>. The living room also has a sofabed<\/strong>, so that the apartment can be perfectly rented by a family with 1 or 2 children. There is also one child crib <\/strong>present.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In just a few minutes walk, you encounter the bay of Sao Martinho do Porto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is direct access to the shared pool<\/strong> of 175m\u00b2 (the biggest in the area) and a big garden.<\/strong>On the big terrace<\/strong> you can enjoy a view of the swimming pool and the large communal garden. In the summer, free sunbeds are provided to be used by the pool. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The large, practical open kitchen has a gas fire and all necessary kitchen equipment<\/strong>. There is a dishwasher <\/strong>and washing machine <\/strong>available. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the living room you can find a HD-TV, stereo and Blu-Ray player<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is a spacious bathroom with toilet, bidet and bubble bath \/ shower<\/strong>. Towels <\/strong>are available for each guest. Own beach towels must be brought by yourself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The apartment has a private underground parking lot<\/strong>. All main shops and supermarkets are closeby. Free Wi-Fi.<\/strong> Pets and indoor smoking are not allowed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
